Why do I want to do this?

I have never in my life been able to do a handstand, but I really want to. I want to challenge myself to this multi-step process, learn to keep the required body tension and balance.

How will I know when I've done this?

I can kick into a two-handed handstand from a standing position without any outside help and hold the position for two seconds.

I'll record this

in this journal.
