What's this about?

A 5 kilometer run is usually the smallest distance offered at races. I want to train towards completing one.

Why do I want to do this?

Because I want to know that i can :)

How will I know when I've done this?

I will have successfully completed a 5 kilometers race, no matter in what time.

I'll record this in this journal.
